About us

Women Employability Summit is an annual two days mega career gathering of young women studying in colleges and university or recent graduates to meet the experts, industry leaders, job sector organizations, entrepreneurial leaders and participation in multiple workshops and learning seminars to get equipped with employability skills.  Center for Awareness Training & Development (CATD) organizes this event yearly in collaboration with Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar to prepare students for job & business sector and equip them with the necessary tools to make a transition from campus to the workplace, interact them with the employees and provide them employment opportunities where they will also have the opportunity to network with members of the corporate community and exchange career-related information. The WES19 will bring together representatives and companies from academic institutions, apprenticeship and training providers, employers, local and central government and third sector volunteers, giving students access to leading, expert speakers, policy updates and pioneering case studies. This WES19 will provide opportunities to network with key stakeholders and utilizes information delivered on the days to better address the market’s skills and Employability challenges and where girls get internship and employment opportunities.

• To provide employability & enterprnueial skills training to 2000 senior graduating and recently graduated girls • To help young girls to become employable, network with job sector and grow economically to have constructive role in the society.  • To facilitate job placement/internships of senior graduates of women institutions with potential employers. • Tap the innate leadership potential and possibilities in a multi-disciplinary context. • To provide students and youth a world of exposure under one roof
