It was really a transformational experience for me while interacting with inspiring experts, employers and being interviewed for the employment opportunities. I think we need to have such initiative more frequently so that we learn the skills and have the knowledge that makes us well equipped for job sector.

I was really moved by training session especially CV writing and job searching techniques, entrepreneurship and career planning that helped me plan my career. I network with few employers which I am interested to work with and I am feeling happy to be part of the WES.

As an employer, I would say there is a lot of skill gap that young girls needs to be equipped with to be ready for the job sector and WES is effective initiative we are happy to be part of and looking forward for it in the upcoming years.

WES is a great interactive platform where I was exposed to job sector and employers in my campus and learn alot form the job sector exports and speakers about how to be more employable
