Top Ten Qualities of CATD

An organization is a group of people with a definite resolution. In an organization team the members collaborate to administer it’s operations and to achieve a common goal of the organization. An organization may be expertise in a business field or may be specialized in bringing an impact to the society.

Similarly, CATD (Center of Awareness and Training Development) is an organization specialized in skills development and capacity building. It enhance the youth’s learning skills along with empowering them socially as well as economically. Center of Awareness and training Development is well known for promoting entrepreneurship.

In order to be able to have an impact on the society  CATD (Center of Awareness and Training Development) works in different institutions to bring about an awareness and organizes different events to achieve the goal of empowering the youth.

CATD(Center of Awareness and Training Development) is known to be the only organization that organize the biggest girl’s gathering in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The theme of the event is to empower women to be self sufficient. This event is warmly welcomed in neighborhood and people enjoy at the event along with empowering themselves of  knowledge and being motivated to bring a change.

Here are top ten qualities of CATD( Center of Awareness and training Development) that distinguishes it as an organization:

  1. Strong Leadership:

An organization cannot perform well in absence of a strong leadership. CATD( Center of Awareness and training Development) have the support of strong leadership who set up goals time to time for the team and provide them a friendly environment to perform their best and assign them different tasks to reach a clear common goal.

  1. Well Organized:

An organization is meant to be well organized in which every individual should play their role in completing the tasks they are assigned to and should report to their leaders. CATD is clear in it’s objective and is so well organized that every employee is determined to bring it to the top. The leaders are well equipped to handle the organization and the employees are motivated to strive hard.

  1. Use of Resource:

CATD( Center of Awareness and Training Development) is well equipped with the                  knowledge of using it’s resources and assigning different tasks to meet the goals. It works on different areas of it’s field to bring better results. As well as it set up communication, which is the  basic foundation for the organization.

CATD ( Center of Awareness and Training Development) be called a team rather than an organization. Any person connected with CATD in any manner have a relation with it. Every team member owns it. Team members collaborate with each other, communicate, shares mutual ideas and work to help CATD grow.

It also provide volunteering opportunities for different individual providing them opportunity to be a part of the team. CATD (Center of Awareness and Training Development) have been working very efficiently in Mardan as well as in Peshawar. And with every day sun shine it’s motivated to do a lot more and bring about some extra impact on the youth.

  • As an employer, I would say there is a lot of skill gap that young girls needs to be equipped with to be ready for the job sector and WES is effective initiative we are happy to be part of and looking forward for it in the upcoming years.
