Women today are leading the world as scientists, engineers, As a CEO, Factory workers, Farmers and Many more thus having a very positive effect on the economy of a country

Women’s ability to work is still judged due to her gender

It’s considered that men work more efficiently than women such discrimination is the greatest challenge for a women to overcome which in turn effects the country economy

Pay Inequality is one of the most disappointing barriers in Women’s Employment.Women also tend to work in Places that gives less payment to women than men

Women are thought to be Responsible for raising children only. But If you think A women can only raise children and take responsibility of their home It gets more necessary to educate her it’s no false saying that if you educate a women you educate a nation because family in turn is the first unit of society

Women handicrafts are not reached and sell to market in a way it should have been. Women cannot bargain well as men due to the social pressure that persist on her Women as men cannot sit in Local marts and sell her product she must have support of a men to sell her products in Market thus they get less money on a product that they deserve to get

The complete or incomplete dependency of women on men also halts women ability to Think of employment

Since it effects her psychologically that she can not think beyond her borders she starts to think that employment is only for Men

The lesser exposure of Women to society create fear in her mind which make her insecure and venerable to society when it comes to working outside
